Brady Ghaniabadi is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Oklahoma and Texas. Brady is the Principal and Founder of Cut Land Development LLC. Brady founded the firm when he noticed large backlogs of design work in Land Development as well as Stormwater Engineering in Oklahoma City.

Brady Ghaniabadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He has also grown up in a family of real estate developers and knows the process and drivers of projects. He is skilled in designing a reliable product while also taking into account costs of construction.

Brady has six (6) years of experience working with clients ranging from Love’s Travel Stops to The City of Edmond. He has worked in many municipalities within Oklahoma and across the United States and is knowledgeable about the Land Development and Regulatory Processes.
